We are excited to announce that Beacon Medical Center is planning to start an acute care clinic soon.
We will offer after-hours medical care for most illness and minor injuries.
Care will be affordable and prices easy to understand. Most importantly, care will be thorough and individualized and respect patient autonomy. We will also help to maintain continuity with your own doctor.

Acute care clinic services
Below information is preliminary. We are NOT yet providing these services.
Below are some of the services we plan to offer, and we hope to expand with time.
- Diagnosis and management of most acute illnesses
- In-clinic labs (point-of-care tests) such as Strep, Flu, RSV, UA, pregnancy
- Diagnosis and management of most minor injuries, including splinting/casting, laceration repair
- EKG
- Medication injections
- Lab-draw service
- School/Sports physicals
